Next in Line: Inspiring a New Generation of Female Engineers
Engineers at SCE take part in workshops for young girls interested in science and technology.
Members of Edison's Roundtable employee resource group recently held a workshop with the nonprofit Girls Inc. of Orange County. Roundtable participants included: Ayaka Clark (engineer), Mari Gomez ( engineer), Sandra Guerrero (engineer), Sarah Lau (engineer), Chanel Parson (project manager), Ailyn Powell (engineer), Annette Ramos (business analyst), Selene Sanchez (engineer), Blanca Solares (engineer), Teri Herfert (project manager) and Marie Vega (project manager),
Girls Inc of Orange County and members of Edison's Roundtable employee resource group took part in a workshop to introduce young girls from kindergarten through sixth grade to the STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) fields.
